Ajay Kumar Reddy

Ajay Kumar Reddy Enugu is a senior public health leader with over 25 years of experience designing and implementing population health management approaches that integrate prevention, longitudinal engagement, and continuity of care across diverse health systems in India and South Asia.

As Director – Population Health Management Program at Affordable Quality Health, Ajay leads the development of structured PHM models that enable proactive outreach, population segmentation, and guided navigation across public and private health services. His work focuses on translating data into operational strategies that strengthen preventive care, improve follow-up, and deliver measurable improvements in population-level health outcomes.

Previously, Ajay held leadership roles with organizations including Johns Hopkins University, FHI 360, and CARE International, where he led Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for large, complex programs funded by USAID, DFID, the European Commission, and CIFF. His experience spans HIV, RMNCH+A, nutrition, education, and social development, with particular emphasis on digital health platforms, evidence-driven decision-making, and system-level accountability.

Ajay holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Andhra University and specialized training in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of East Anglia, UK. He is passionate about mentoring professionals and contributing to initiatives that strengthen community-centered health systems.
