Health Systems Strengthening Programme (HSS) in collaboration with ASCI

30/12/2025

InOrder – The Health Systems Institute successfully conducted the fourth batch of the Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) Programme in collaboration with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) during November–December 2025.

As part of this programme, subject matter experts from ACCESS Health International and InOrder delivered a comprehensive module on health systems strengthening for ASCI’s Public Health–specialised healthcare management students. The curriculum was designed using the WHO Health System Building Blocks and other globally recognised health system frameworks, with a strong emphasis on applying a public health lens across each building block.

To enhance applied learning, the programme incorporated real-world case studies that enabled participants to translate theoretical concepts into practical health system contexts. A detailed evaluation was undertaken to assess knowledge acquisition, learning outcomes, and the overall effectiveness of the programme.
