Consequently, InOrder, The Health Systems Institute was established to work towards improving health system performances and health outcomes through academics, capacity building initiatives and translational research endeavours. Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates for the position of Project Technical Support – ll under commissioned Implementation Research Project titled “An Implementation Research Study for Strengthening the Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK) in Odisha” under the guidance of Prof. Bhuputra Panda as the Principal Investigator. This is a three-year project, being implemented in collaboration with KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar; and is being funded by ICMR, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi..
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Project Technical Support – II to facilitate the site team in data and accounts management also coordinate the logistics and travel of state team (PIs and Co-PIs) as and when required throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and maintenance of project records.
- Support documentation and filing of project-related reports and communications.
- Maintain financial records, vouchers and assist in basic accounts management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and meeting schedules for the PI and staff.
- Coordinate logistics in training programs, workshops and meetings.
- Maintain inventory and registers related to project activities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as and when needed.
- Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned by the PI from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (OR) +2 (Higher Secondary) with relevant work experience.
Experience:
- Experience in administrative, accounts or project support roles.
- Experience in handling data, files and documentation in research/public health projects.
- Past work with government or academic institutions will be an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounts keeping and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well organized and having good record-keeping abilities.
- Coordinate travel and logistics of staff members.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel within Odisha.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
AGE LIMIT: Not exceeding 40 years as on 1st March, 2026. Age may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The selected candidate shall initially work for one year, may be extended / renewed depending upon the performance of the candidate and need of the project.

COMPENSATION: Consolidated @ Rs 20,000 p.m. Additional perks/benefits will be given as per the approved budget of the project.
