JOB TITLE: Digital Health Analyst (Full Stack Developer)
About Affordable Quality Health: Affordable Quality Health (AQH) is a not-for-profit entity (section 8 Company), established in India with the primary aim of providing educational services, research skills and knowledge transfer capabilities in disciplines of health sciences and allied streams. Consequently, InOrder, The Health Systems Institute was established to work towards improving health system performances and health outcomes through academics, capacity building initiatives and translational research endeavours. It is a DSIR-recognized centre for evidence generation and evidence synthesis in domains of public health and related domains. InOrder is committed to expand its academic and capacity building activities in disciplines of medicine, public health, nursing, management and social sciences. It has active partnerships with global partners like ACCESS Health International and context-specific collaborations with donor agencies, UN bodies, international organizations, state governments and the government of India.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain digital platforms that support our health systems strengthening and digital health programs. The role involves end-to-end development across the stack, integration with internal and external systems, and close collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams including program, data, and design.
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be required to deliver on the following:
- Backend Development using python, spring reactive, spring boot and hibernate technologies
- Development of asynchronous and synchronous REST APIs using Django, python flask APIs, spring java backend
- Developing modules using event driven asynchronous technologies (spring reactive, RabbitMQ)
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement – Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and equivalent
Experience:
Entry level experience of internship projects in python/core java
Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of python, Django, Flask, spring boot, spring reactive, Kafka, RabbitMQ, JPA hibernate, react and Rest API development is desirable.
- Knowledge of android mobile app development is desirable.
- Able to implement design patterns in coding and implement unit testing.
- Knowledge of python and core java programming experience is essential
- Knowledge of react frontend development experience is essential
- Knowledge of REST Webservices
- Knowledge of Junit, git
- Good liaison and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal Skills
- High level of communication both written and verbal and documentation skills
